Internal organization
The association adopts a democratic organizational model based on collaboration and shared responsibility.
The General Assembly of Members is responsible for deciding on rules and strategies. Executive duties are managed by the Board of Directors, while operations are distributed between “cross-functional” teams—dedicated to institutional and support functions—and project teams focused on specific initiatives.
